I had a problem with the Ford Esca[e Hybred car not starting because the battery was discharged. It took two visits but they trouble shot until they discovered there was a bad cell in the battery. Great place with a 30 day warenty that only last 30 min as soon as you buy the vehicle they dont care about you anymore and tohave rust covered up with spray foam and bondo so you cant see the rust when yo as soon as you buy the vehicle they dont care about you anymore and tohave rust covered up with spray foam and bondo so you cant see the rust when you first buy it but the paint is bubbling and the bondo is falling off within a week or two More
Northtown Ford got my Ranger in to the shop within minutes of my arrival and had it ready to go when they said it would be ready. Scheduled appt for recall on y 2017 Explorer to fix roof rails. Took "5" appts to get it fixed. 75 mile round trip for me each time. First appt was just to examine, then no parts, wrong parts, not enough pa rails. Took "5" appts to get it fixed. 75 mile round trip for me each time. Crystal gave me a free oil change and tire rotate for my inconvenience. More
