When I first walked into the dealership off the street, Josue greeted me right at the front and asked if I was in the market for a car. Although I had already made an appointment and was early, Josue recognized a golden sales opportunity. I am thankful because Josue went above and beyond with his service. We went on a test drive, and I liked the vehicle. Even though I ultimately didn't choose my first option, Josue found a workable second option. I am glad that I walked into the right place at the right time. All the praise I give to Josue is not even enough. Showcasing Josue's talents will leave you as satisfied as I am. I went for a refund, after a complaint I escalated to the BBB, about warranty work, that I was charged for by NorthStar Mitsubishi, whom told me if I paid, then I could file to get my money back from Mitsubi BBB, about warranty work, that I was charged for by NorthStar Mitsubishi, whom told me if I paid, then I could file to get my money back from Mitsubishi Motors North America, since they (NorthStar) did not know whether they would be repaid for some of the warranty work. Eventually, MMNA had NorthStar credit my money back, after I escalated the matter to the BBB. More
