So far, so good! car drives great. nice group of guys that work there. at first when i walked in, it was a little hard to swallow their $1995.00 dealer fees so i left to shop around but i realized ALL the Dealers in the area had fees that were $3000.00 or their internet price was after $3000.00 down or their internet price was with a college student/army discount and they were horrible when it came to customer service. one dealer made me wait 30 mins for a salesman just to tell me the car was sold already... also if your shopping around, dont let internet prices determine the market value of the car your buying. i went back to northstar because the car was clean and it was way lower than the kelly blue book value. treated me good and im happy with the car. i would recommend these guys. More

What is the real price? I was looking up used cars on Kelly Blue Book and found what I thought was a great deal. It led me to Northstar in Queens and I was excited because i I was looking up used cars on Kelly Blue Book and found what I thought was a great deal. It led me to Northstar in Queens and I was excited because it wasn't far from home. I called, set up an appointment and was all set. I showed up a day early and the salesperson I spoke with wasn't there. When I was looking at the car I saw the price listed on the car was $4000 more than it was on KBB. When I asked about the price they told me they could do better. The price they told me was still $2000 more than it was on KBB. When I asked about the price they listed on KBB I was told they couldn't sell me the car at that price because it was below their cost and they put that out there so people would come in to the dealership. I thought that was illegal. I was completely turned off and would never feel comfortable doing any sort of business with this place after that. More
