The experience was lousy from Jon the manager The customer service from Jennifer was very attentive, but the whole experience that Jon the sales manager created was very lousy and unwelcoming. As a result, I wanted to negotiate a deal that I got from Capital One car loans website and I wanted to check it for myself. However, I wanted to negotiate the numbers that the Capital One pre-approved certificate loan gave me, but that the sales manager was reluctant to provime me with any information; instead, he was very derisive and was very unprofessional/arrogant asking me where did I get my information from, when I clearly gave him information from Capital One Pre-approved car loan Certificate. Especially, he was very contemptuous when I asked for my information back once I was thanking him for his service, but instead he left and told the sales man to give me my information back. Lastly, I left and a block away I noticed that they didn't give my pay stubs. I went back and Jon the sales manager as soonest he saw me, he gave me a bigotry stare. Ps. I really wanted to do business and I was ready to buy a car from the establishment since it took me two hours to get there, but Jon the sales manager body language communication, treatment, and price inflation made me not to get a car from Northstar Misubishi. Believe what the other negative comments are saying, they do not honor their prices and they pay for individuals to rate Northstar Misubishi with Five stars. More

A gem in Long Island city I was proposing to trade two vehicles in for one lightly used Jeep grand Cherokee and even asked for a range of trade-in values since the dealership w I was proposing to trade two vehicles in for one lightly used Jeep grand Cherokee and even asked for a range of trade-in values since the dealership was about three hours away. They accommodated that request and when I visited the dealership I worked with Arthur and closed the deal with Jeremy and Jason. They tried their best to accommodate my budget and the transaction went as planned. I would recommend Arthur to anyone looking to purchase a nice clean vehicle. There were many on the lot. Finally, I left a nice pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses in my trade and Arthur readily agreed to procure them from the detailer and send them to me overnight. I received them today in good order. He definitely went out of his way and I appreciated it. More

Finally got it DONE!! I came is this Sunday to check out a car before the GiantsVs Carolina game. I was outside looking at some cars when Authur came out to assist me. After i check a few cars i asked about different info from financing to paying cash. Author was friendly and help me to the best of his knowledge and abilities. After a few days of running around and a lot of effort on my part and everyone at Northstar i was Driving my (New Ford Mustang) by tuesday. I thank the finance officer Jason, Auther, the manager of the place. THe all helped in getting me into my car. This place isnt like a lot of other places. If they can get you into that car they will. I've been searching for a specific car but have always been apprehensive Thank you Northstar Auto Sales team for a wonderful day buying my first car. I've been searching for a specific car but have always been apprehensive about buying off a used lot - until now. Arthur was great at working with my budget and the entire crew was supportive in making this sale happen, unlike other used car places I've visited in my search for the car I wanted. Everyone was personable and the establishment is very well kept. I was more than comfortable dealing with all of the guys and ladies who work there. I'm usually a skeptic at buying used cars but Arthur took us through all the details of the car, an easy test drive, and answered all my (many) questions. I had been getting calls for a few days but never made an appointment to see the car because I figure used cars might not be worth it. He let us walk right in and in a matter of minutes we had the car ready to go with no hassles. Also, Leo walked me through all the financing details an is very easy to talk to - no tricks or swindling from anyone. Thanks to Angel too, for letting me get to this car before someone else! I love it and had a great experience working with these guys today. More

I bought my brother car shopping with me and dealership after dealership we got sold a dream and a bunch of lies. We stumbled into Northstar right before closing and I was just shocked at how honest and welcoming Arthur was. I thought he was going to try and push me into anything to get me out the door, but not only did he take his time he stood within my budget and spoke like we were all long tie friends.
