When it was my turn, instead of coming to find me or calling for me, the guy thought it was okay to knock on the glass wall to get my attention and to call me in. I told him it might be a key fob issue and I provided photos and recordings of my issue and he said to come back in an hour and a half to two hours. Waited 5 hours for them to tell me I needed to change my key fob battery. The fact I had to not only wait five hours for this phone call... He didn't even have the audacity to provide me with a formal and respectful phone call because half way through me talking, he stops to take a phone call without informing me. I just hear him talking to someone and laughing away so after waiting five hours for my car to be checked out, I then had to wait for him to finish his jolly conversation on the other end with giggles and casual sly remarks. When I finally got his attention I was trying to explain what I witnessed he simply stated that it was my word against a worker who had special training therefore my opinion was invalid. I never said I was better than the workers . I was just trying to explain what I witnessed. I didn't need to have him attack me and act all big and macho trying to put me down. More

Jemale is the Man! I came in with some brake troubles and other miscellaneous vehicle repairs. It was quite a bit of work that needed to be done and took awhile to complete (which I’m not complaining about - they did a marvelous job and the car is running smoothly again). With that being said, Jemale Thomas couldn’t have been a more pleasant employee to work with. He was patient, thorough, and was working his tail off assisting not only me but several other customers who came in throughout the day. I felt like I was treated fairly and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance/repair work. Thank you. More
