Sales employees friendly. I was told by my sales person that pre-owned means that auto has only one previous owner. I than talked with manager Jeremy referencing receiving only I was told by my sales person that pre-owned means that auto has only one previous owner. I than talked with manager Jeremy referencing receiving only one key and was told that auto was purchased via a auction and only came with one key and a second needed key would be at my expense. If this auto was purchased by auction it could have had more than one previous owner. Second key should be free. Because I did not inspect my pre-owned auto enough in detail prior to purchase I did not notice that tires were near end of life or that auto had many dings and paint chips that I should have noticed prior to signing (I know buyer beware). I was promised and advised by the BDC department that the Used Car Manager is willing to pay us extra $$$ for my trade on several occasions, that was not be the case when l brought my vehicle in for appraisal, it was just a bait and switch technique used in the car sales industry, just to simply get you into the dealership. The sales prep was completely clueless, he did not know what to do when I arrived. It felt very disorganized, the sales staff had no control of the situation and frankly extremely bad layup for any deal negotiations. This is not how you build your loyal customer base. The salesman came back to us and informed that the used car manager offered $500 for my trade in. I was completely flabbergasted, after filling out the Kelly Blue Book appraisal online, l had a cash offer of $1020 to $1995 cash offer which is a lot less than a trade in offer, a straight out offer $500 was a complete insult, especially without even asking to us on where l was hoping to be. It was not the just offer but the lack of any communication from him directly. This is what you call in the industry "low Balling". With the advent of the internet, those days are over. Consumers are far more educated than yesteryear. To my complete astonishment the Used Car Manager was more than happy to give back my car keys and to see us leave in a hurry rather than even entertain on winning over my business, he never reached out to welcome us for coming in to the dealership. Just a shove off, next stooge please. I am not going to announce to stay away, but if you are treated in this manner, why would you what to come in, only to be disappointed, This is for most one of the biggest purchases your making in your life??? SMH! More
