I don't know if my last review posted so I wanted to share my experience again. I purchased my Jeep last October from Northstar and no longer drive it as it failed to live up to the certificate of adequ share my experience again. I purchased my Jeep last October from Northstar and no longer drive it as it failed to live up to the certificate of adequacy on the dealer's bill of sale. The battery died on me on my way home from the dealership and I should have taken that as a sign to return the car immediately. After having that fixed more issues of neglect became apparent. I had to have the suspension rebuilt less than 3 month after purchasing the car. You might expect that from a private seller, not a dealership. The issues of a faulty car aside, I was also sold a warranty that I was prevented from cancelling. I only received a partial refund after fighting for 7+ months with the dealership, when my initial request was made during the 60 day period in which you're entitled to a full refund. They hang up on customers as soon as issues are brought to their attention. They told me they install iTrax security devices in their cars and though it was never itemized, they used this point to raise the sales price of my car by 1600 dollars without me noticing. If you search iTrax their site leads you to a disconnected phone line. Whether they actually installed it or not, and I've looked all over for this device and can't find it, they were not honest to me about the reliability of the product. More

When I first bought the car, it was totally different price from white they advertised as a INTERNET SPECIAL. So there was the first red flag and then second this guy ALAA ELRAKAIBY the sales agent rushe price from white they advertised as a INTERNET SPECIAL. So there was the first red flag and then second this guy ALAA ELRAKAIBY the sales agent rushed the car out by selling me the car with the dead battery after signed the papers he left took off. When I tried to start the car, that's when I found out the car battery was dead so I had to find out the solution by myself. Third most craziest thing is that I was supposed to get two keys with the car and they gave me one. ALAA said you will get the second one some other day because they didn't know where they had it. So after few messages, finally they "FOUND" my key but this time this GM was trying to charge for it by trying to intimidate me, with the attitude. Just a heads up, bought the car there once and never again. Watch out they are good scammers. More
