We purchased a Kia Telluride Nightfall edition here in October 2020. They had a good selection of the car, which was rare given the demand. When I first bought the car, it was totally different price from white they advertised as a INTERNET SPECIAL. So there was the first red flag and then second this guy ALAA ELRAKAIBY the sales agent rushe price from white they advertised as a INTERNET SPECIAL. So there was the first red flag and then second this guy ALAA ELRAKAIBY the sales agent rushed the car out by selling me the car with the dead battery after signed the papers he left took off. When I tried to start the car, that's when I found out the car battery was dead so I had to find out the solution by myself. Third most craziest thing is that I was supposed to get two keys with the car and they gave me one. ALAA said you will get the second one some other day because they didn't know where they had it. So after few messages, finally they "FOUND" my key but this time this GM was trying to charge for it by trying to intimidate me, with the attitude. Just a heads up, bought the car there once and never again. Watch out they are good scammers. More
At first I was skeptical because the first person I had handed me keys and didn’t actually go step to step with me. Then I met Ray and he turned my WHOLE experience around and made me buy my 2015 Jeep Rene handed me keys and didn’t actually go step to step with me. This is the worst dealership you can ever deal with they’re absolutely garbage..not professional they don’t answer calls emails online inquiries nothing!! I spent Long time on the phone for 3 days trying to get a hold of any sales rep the only time they answered the girl who answered (Kathy) was very unprofessional and rude didn’t offer to follow up she was rushing to hand up I kept calling just to get some pictures of the car since they don’t have real pictures online and was promised to be sent within the hour and now after 2 days nothing. I will never spent a dollar with this scam business and if you are so stupid to give them your business make sure you check the car’s carfax because I found out most if not all of their used cars have been into accidents. Save your time and money and go to a real dealership where they treat you with respect and appreciate your business. This one will not last for long. I am copying this and posting it on all the reviews sites. More
