Sales and representatives were great, but full service wasn’t up to standard. Trash from old parts and plastic bags from new parts were left in my car when my car was returned to me. On my last visit to get my rear brake fixed, i also requested to have my engine splash guard to be secured because it appears to be hanging low. The brakes were fixed properly. When the car was ready, they said that the splash guard has been secured. I drove to work and parked the car. Looked under the car after and to my disappointment it was not done. Dealership said they will fix it at no cost but they did not fix it. Called them back and i was told to bring it back. Not happy. More

We always go to Northstar Kia for regular change oil because this is the closest Kia service in our area. They have an excellent service. My only complaint is they don’t wash my car unlike the other Kia because this is the closest Kia service in our area. They have an excellent service.
