Went for routine maintenance and state inspection, 3 hours later I'm finally on my way home and I realize they didn't do the inspection. Went back the next day, took another hour, then a strange sound s hours later I'm finally on my way home and I realize they didn't do the inspection. Went back the next day, took another hour, then a strange sound started coming from my wheel well. Car seemed to run fine, so I didn't worry too much, until it suddenly got a lot worse a few weeks later. Brought it to a different mechanic who told me the wheels hadn't been fully bolted on. Could have killed me and my family. Never going back to Northstar Kia again. More
