Good afternoon Mrs. Baez I am shocked to see this review with 1 star for price when we sold you the vehicle below MSRP and below Invoice to gain your business and as far as the months go I will be more then glad to email you a copy of the worksheet where you agreed to 36 months and was presented and you signed off on. If you wanted 24 months you could of got that with no problem. It's always the customer choice on term we do not make the choice as you are the person paying for it. I truly thought you was happy when you left here and we were extremely nice to you. I called you not long ago to reach out to you. If you would like to talk please reach out to me.
