Horrible service. The guy had an attitude because I got my car from Yonkers and I went to North Star to do an oil change, and was upset because he has to do his job an The guy had an attitude because I got my car from Yonkers and I went to North Star to do an oil change, and was upset because he has to do his job and search my maintenance package because they didn’t have the number nor did my contract have the number only the name. Was annoyed and upset. I clearly didn’t care because I love when people don’t want to do the job they’re paid to do. Long story short, he got the xxxx end because he still had to search it up and wait on hold for over 20 minutes. More
