Furthermore, I arrived on a Saturday with a malfunctioning smart cruise control radar, but they refused to even look at it because it was the weekend, forcing me to come back another time. When I returned, they fixed it, but as soon as I drove away, the error message reappeared, so I had to go back. It turned out the unit needed replacing. They replaced it a few days later, but when I picked up the car, I noticed the bumper had come loose—even though it had been fine before. I asked them to snap it back into place, but they claimed they hadn't removed it and refused to fix it; I ended up snapping it back in myself. I go to the service center to get my problems solved, not to be scammed out of money or have them do only what is convenient for them. More
