We arrived & waited 30 minutes in Service Dept. as they couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! Caleb our finance guy was at lunch & he took our car directly to service Dept. couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! I took my 2015 Ls 460 to this dealership as a First-Time customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She provided me with a loaner and handled customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She provided me with a loaner and handled my case personally. The car was kept in the shop overnight since this problem took about a week due a part order delay. She was able to fix the problem and have Lexus take care of the bill. It was an excellent experience from first contact to pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Dorothy for help.
