We arrived & waited 30 minutes in Service Dept. as they couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! Caleb our finance guy was at lunch & he took our car directly to service Dept. couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! An older woman with blonde hair named Lee kept asking us what did we need today & what we were we doing there!If you don’t know who your service advisor is your are just plain out of luck! I took my 2015 Ls 460 to this dealership as a First-Time customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She provided me with a loaner and handled customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She provided me with a loaner and handled my case personally. The car was kept in the shop overnight since this problem took about a week due a part order delay. She was able to fix the problem and have Lexus take care of the bill. It was an excellent experience from first contact to pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Dorothy for help.
