I'm very disappointed as I took delivery of my 2021 Lexus 300h Hybrid that was dealer transferred from another dealership and the vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was promised that it would be detailed when I brought it in for the first service, and I made the service writer aware of this, and he said it would be taken care of. When I was called and told that the vehicle was ready, I asked the Service Writer if they had detailed the vehicle and he assured me that my car, in fact, had been detailed. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the vehicle still was filthy on the inside. I'm very disappointed. More

It seems that every time I go have service, there are additional "services" needed on my car. My ES350 is my most favorite car Ive ever owned. Originally, I would take my car in for the recommended service and it was good, however, the time before this last one there were issues. The cost of the services were extremely high and the work wasn't done correctly. This resulted in recent a free oil change with a detail. I sincerely appreciate the offer. I also appreciate that Northside was willing to pick up my car, do the service and bring my car back to me. Rueben called to tell me that I needed 4 new tires. He said that most measured 4/32 and one measured 5/32. He gave me a quote of over $1200 for Michelin tires with a front end alignment. I got a quote from a local tire company for those tires for under 900. I told him to just return my car. After that, he called to tell me that someone put the wrong lug notes on my new wheels. (I had called Northside for a quote for new wheels and was told they couldn't find anything. ) He proceeded to tell me that the tires may fall and the may not. Apparently Northside was ok with your driver bringing my car back to me even if thev tires might fall off. I asked how much new lug nuts would be and he quoted me $180. Once again, I checked wheel shops and was told my lug nuts are perfectly fine. I took my car to a well known tire shop today and they showed me with their instrument that my front tires were at a 5/32 and a 6/32 and the back tires were at 9. It's pretty frustrating that such a high end vehicle dealership has to try to scare a customer into buying different products just to make money. I am a female and typically my dad would guide me. My dad passed away and I was hoping I could trust this dealership since it is high end. I do not appreciate that it makes me feel as because I'm a female I am being misguided. More
