He was very courteous and friendly, and promptly took care of our needs. My husband is much more critical of work done that we are paying for than I am, but Felipe had the utmost respect for what he had to say and acknowledged what he pointed out, and then took care of it. Actually, everyone with whom we have dealt at Northside Lexus has always been very courteous and helpful.
