On august 31, without having made an appointment, I went to the Lexus dealership to have the car battery checked. After a thorough inspection, I was told the battery needed to be replaced (alternator etc. w to the Lexus dealership to have the car battery checked. For a Saturday morning service I was quite surprised that I got in and out within 90 minutes time. More

As always excellent service, especially with my service rep Pat Pendergast, it it after the service I have issue with. Please impart on your mechanics on how important and a matter of life and death on doing RESPONSIBLE maintenance and or repair on customer vehicles. My issue is after my 135K service and suggested repair on Fuel Injector Flush was that the next day leaving my home my RX330 suddenly died in the middle of the street as I pulled out of home driveway. After repeated ignition starts my suv would not start and with the help of a good samaritan was able to push the vehicle out of the street and had it parked in front of my house. The good samaritan noticed that he could smell gas under the suv and thats when I did too. I could not risk trying to start my suv again for fear of it catching on fire. Luckily this problem happened doing a regular business day and while the dealership was still open. Being a AAA member I called for a tow to the Lexus Dealership. Pat as usual took excellent care in getting my suv fixed up again quickly. The problem was that the fuel line was NOT PROPERLY installed right and it popped out. And luckily for me it happened while just pulling out of my home driveway and not on the Freeway cause the car just died and the steering wheel locked up and I could have been in serious trouble. I was also blessed that my wife and 3 year-old daughter was not with me at the time of the suv failure. My family depends on our vehicle because we are a One car family. Mistakes and errors happens that the fact of life but some are just to costly to let happen and the consequences deadly. Rest assured I will continue to use your dealership for future maintenance and upkeep. I have even recommended Pat as a rep for a colleague working with my wife whom is looking to establishing a service & upkeep relationship, she drives a Lexus too. Thank you, Ivar Orallo More
