The group at Northside Lexus were prompt, courteous, and freindly from the moment I drove into the service entry until I returned to my vehicle after the maintenance service. The attendant promply came to my vehicle to get basic information then directed me to the service counter to check in. After I had taken a seat with my complimentary coffe, Jeffrey came out to check and see if there was anything other than the 10K mile check up that needed to be looked at during my visit. I explained a concern with the vanity light on the driver's side and he added that to the check list. Jeffrey checked in with me periodically to let me know the status of the services being performed as well as to inform me that they were washing my vehicle prior to completion. He later came out to personally let me know when the work was completed and to get my signature on the appropriate paperwork. All in all, an extremely pleasant and friendly experience! More

The "check engine" light came on on my IS 250, I panicked, but was able to speak to someone in the Northside Lexus service department and she reassured me that my car was still driveable. She immediately made me an appointment the next day and made arrangements for a loaner car. I was able to drop off my car quickly and Kyle took good care of me when I arrived. He did not make me feel like they would "rush" the work on my vehicle, and let me know I could keep the loaner as long as necessary to ensure my car was repaired. He timely contacted me to let me know the problem with my car and the solution. My car was ready the same day, which I did not expect. As always, I am very happy with the service, which is why I drive all the way from Pearland to Northside Lexus. Even though there are dealerships closer to my home, they are not as helpful and friendly as Northside Lexus. They truly give you the "Lexus experience". More
