LS460 30K service Needed new tires, had been planning for them so no real surprise. I was able to coordinate that with the 30K mile service. My service rep, Dorothy, asked the dealership's "tire expert" to discuss the replacement tires. That was unexpected and helpful to me. I also requested a Nav System update.
