Instead of arguing they assigned it to a service writer and found me a loaner car and my service advisor walked me through the process of working with him. John kept me informed by phone and by email explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Great job to all involved. More

LS460 30K service Needed new tires, had been planning for them so no real surprise. I was able to coordinate that with the 30K mile service. My service rep, Dorothy, asked the dealership's "tire expert" to discuss the replacement tires. That was unexpected and helpful to me. I also requested a Nav System update. The update software didn't work and Dorothy chased down another to make the upgrade. Excellent customer focus and service. More

The cool thing was I had the complete vehicle inspection report emailed to me for my records of suggested services/repairs down the road. Really nice feature! I was very pleased with my service & my new battery purchase. More
Excellent Customer Service We took the car in for the 35, 000 service, this was to include topping off the fluids, checking the battery cable and washing the car. We mentioned that the battery required a jump start one month prior. the service consultant Allen stated that they would check out the battery. After the service was complete the service man informed us that he decided to go ahead and replace the battery just to make certain that we would not have that happen again. We were so very pleased at the initiative and the customer service we received. Ironically my husbands truck was being serviced at the Ford dealership the same day, we immediately noticed the difference between the two dealerships with both the customer service, attention to detail and person to person service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone... service is just beyond 110%, plus we were in and out within 1 1/2 hours. More
