Service with a personal touch. I recently had a mishap with my car. I brought it in for an estimate with the assistance of Natalie Phillips, the customer service rep. Natalie is out I recently had a mishap with my car. I brought it in for an estimate with the assistance of Natalie Phillips, the customer service rep. Natalie is outstanding. Not only is she efficient, but she made me feel like it was as important to her as it was to me to get my car back to normal. My car was tied up only for one day, due to Natalie's planning. That is very much appreciated. And when I left with my perfect car, Natalie was at least as happy as I was, and gave me a hug. She is an excellent representative of the Lexus brand and of the Northside Lexus agency!! Everyone in the department is professional, helpful, and kind. More
