I wouldn't go anywhere but Northside Lexus Unfortunately my Red GS in 2 1/2 years has had almost $45,000 worth of body work, probably exceeds original value of the car BUT you would NEVER know! Dorothy Sausley did not miss a beat putting me into the queue, offered me a loaner (I used the office instead) and I was provided a full in person debrief of their findings and recommendations. The computer issue required Lexus involvement, and that process was explained to me as well. Could not have been happier. More
