Great experience, as always My Service Advisor was Agustin. He scheduled the service for my car at exactly the time I needed it and got me a loaner car. When I arrived at the S My Service Advisor was Agustin. He scheduled the service for my car at exactly the time I needed it and got me a loaner car. When I arrived at the Service area, I was greeted by a very polite young gentleman who let Agustin know that I was there. My loaner car was delivered very quickly. Agustin kept me updated on what was being done to the car. When I came back to pick up my car, the service was also excellent. This is my third Lexus I have purchased there at Northside - Randy Covert sold us all three. He's an excellent salesman! I have always had my cars serviced there. An outstanding dealership in every way! More

I wouldn't go anywhere but Northside Lexus Unfortunately my Red GS in 2 1/2 years has had almost $45,000 worth of body work, probably exceeds original value of the car BUT you would NEVER know!
