She was very professional and had calm's personality that made it a pleasant experience. But what surprised me most this time was that Lexus filled up my gas, I took the car in with 3/4 quarter tank on gas and picked it back up with full tank worth of gas. I had been there before with recalled repairs and/or services and this was the first time Lexus filling up my gas. Great job Wendy and Northside Lexus! More
