She was very professional and had calm's personality that made it a pleasant experience. But what surprised me most this time was that Lexus filled up my gas, I took the car in with 3/4 quarter tank on gas and picked it back up with full tank worth of gas. I had been there before with recalled repairs and/or services and this was the first time Lexus filling up my gas. Great job Wendy and Northside Lexus! More

Great experience, as always My Service Advisor was Agustin. He scheduled the service for my car at exactly the time I needed it and got me a loaner car. When I arrived at the Service area, I was greeted by a very polite young gentleman who let Agustin know that I was there. My loaner car was delivered very quickly. Agustin kept me updated on what was being done to the car. When I came back to pick up my car, the service was also excellent. This is my third Lexus I have purchased there at Northside - Randy Covert sold us all three. He's an excellent salesman! I have always had my cars serviced there.
