The timeliness of a repair and the care of your personal property is of utmost importance to us. We've looked into the issue of the delay and have determined that the it was a held up by the insurance company handling the claim. Based on our records: Mon 3/9 the vehicle came in for repair Tues 3/10 Received initial estimate from insurance company Wed 3/11 Vehicle was dismantled to prepare for supplemental damages inspection. Thurs 3/12 insurance company was contacted for additional damages inspection. Fri 3/13 Approval received at the end of the day Mon 3/16 Repair began Thurs 3/19 Car complete, washed and customer was notified Fri 3/20 Ready for delivery and picked up If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to contact us at the Northside Lexus Collision Center 281-569-3480.
