We've worked with several body shops over the 30-years I've been driving and this was THE BEST experience overall. In fact, we own a Volvo, and if we ever have to get body work done, I'm bringing it here. For 30-years I've always heard, you can't get the car washed for 2 weeks (or something of the sort)... Not with Northside. They have a special process where you don't have to wait, the paintjob is good to go and ready to be washed. Lastly, and this is what made my day: Lexus actually detailed my interior while the exterior was what was being worked on. Never before has that happened, that was going the extra mile and much appreciated. Most body shops take care of what they are paid to do and that's it. Not this dealership, they go above and beyond. I honestly didn’t think Northside Lexus could get any better but it just did.....today! My experience with service manager Rob Ochoa and service adviser, Ruben, was absolutely positively phenomenal!! The time and attention they gave me was exceptional! I came to dealership to pick up my license plates and registration and encountered a mechanical issue with my car that was resolved immediately! Rob’s honesty and transparency is almost unheard of in the car business. When I left, I honestly felt like I had friends for life which is also unusual! This dealership is one of a kind and I will continue to do business here referring ALL my loved ones! I really can’t say enough about Rob Ochoa and the customer service provided by him! I GUARANTEE you that you won’t be disappointed with this dealership from sales to service and if you are you probably need to check yourself! More

I kept calling to check on status and was told I was still on the list because they had too many cars ahead. I waited patiently for years and never got a phone call from them, I finally went over to the dealer and spoke to Teri ( the service manager ). She could't find me in the system and promised to get back with me and never did. We have been driving nothing but Lexus and Toyota in our family. Whatever happened to "Lexus superior customer service"?. I'm now trying to sell the car and can't get anything for it because of the ugly cracks on the dashboard. I'm going to write to the cooperate office and maybe someone gives a xxxx there. More

Brought my L-Certified IS 250 in for a service. First time in this location. Just moved from San Antonio. Was greeted promptly at 7am by Kyle Galindo in service.
