So, took my car in for 10,000 service and it was terrible it took 4 hours. My rear kick sensor only works 15 % of the time; they told me it showed normal. So they go to wash my car at the finish and they said the battery died and they would replace it under warranty; the car is a little over a year old. I purchased a Lexus NX 350-H in May 2022" from Northside Lexus. Upon purchase the salesman stated that Northside will pickup any Lexus that was purchased from Northside within 150 miles when service was due Lexus. Upon purchase the salesman stated that Northside will pickup any Lexus that was purchased from Northside within 150 miles when service was due. I live about 101 miles from this dealership and I was astonished that they would do this. I clearly had to ask the salesman if this was true. He assured me it was. Not only was I happy with purchase, knowing the prices were inflated at that time, but I was ecstatic that Northside would come pickup my Lexus within 150 miles radius when service was due. Well, unfortunately I came to find out that was not true. I called Northside to schedule my service, being my Lexus is reaching 10k miles. I called 281-569-3300 and the operator stated someone from service would call me back to schedule. That was September 7th. Nobody called me back, so I called September 8th and the operator transferred me to service. I can not remember the lady name, but I was connected to her. I told her that no one called me back Thursday, and she promptly told me that she did call me back to let me know that Northside Lexus will not travel to me and that I would have to bring the Lexus to the dealer for service. I asked why did she not leave a voicemail, which she did not reply. She then began to tell me again that they will not pickup my Lexus for service. I told her that when I purchased this Lexus that I was told that Northside Lexus will travel within 150 miles to pickup for service. The service lady told me that was incorrect. Then I asked her why would the salesman's tell me that? Not only once but he reiterated to me that they would, because I was astonished. She then asked me the name of the salesman's that sold me the Lexus. I told her I could not remember the name off the top of my mind being it was over a year ago. I did take my Lexus to get serviced at 5k miles May 2023’ and the service gentleman did reiterate that they would pickup within 150 miles. I actually thought that my Lexus was up for a oil change at 5k miles, but the serviceman stated that it was not due till 10k miles. So I made it a point to ask again about the 150 mile radius. Y'all need to train your employees to not lie to sweeten the deal. I was literally told by the salesman that y'all would pickup the Lexus when service comes up within 150 miles. I knew it was too good to be true, but when one spends this kind of money on these vehicles, please do not lie. Also, this review is based off the phone call that I made to Northside Lexus. I will have to take my Lexus for service whenever I am able to take off from work, being I live 100 miles from Northside Lexus. More
