I drop off my vehicle knowing it is in good hands and come get it when it is ready. The service technicians keep their focus to complete their work and get to the next customer promptly. They are curteous and respectful of your needs. The sales team are always helpful and able to answer our questions and give us details on the vehicles for sale on the lot. The facility is always in nice condition and if you make it out during holidays, you may get a free snack or lunch. When we go to the dealer, NorthSide Ford is an automatic decision. More
