Jack was extremely attentive and answered several questions about the vehicle. He even had one of his co-workers help us with the microsoft phone system in the vehicle. The only drawback was when the credit card downpayment was provided, no cashier on premise at the time in which your office called me back a week later to provide my credit card information again.
