From the time we walked into the dealership I was very impressed with everything. I used to work as a ASST. SERVICE MANAGER almost 40 years ago. It is too bad all dealerships are not as good as this one. The sales staff were very nice, and what is important they know their facts. They don't give you any crap. It is business and they made us feel good. They were friendly to us at every step in the operation. When speaking about the price they did not get upset with me. I spoke up for my son, an Iraq vertran of six times. They gave him the respect the military guys need to have. They deserve to have all the military personal come to them for their own cars. We were at another one on 410; but they turned me off. They would not deal for the price and they seemed to have a faulse face. The young man we dealt with was very pride full and only went so far. I am glad to say that Northside has proven to me that their are truly good people in the car business. I take my hat off to them; the salesman, JACK, was so nice, friendly, he even thanked me for my service, too. Do I think you should go to this dealership; i think if you don't you will miss a very nice sales experience of your life. it was that great. John, although young and fairly new to this dealership, was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and ensured that I was confident in his abilities by immediately introducing me to his sales manager, Ron. Ron was a seasoned pro, however, he was very focused on what I wanted vs. what he wanted (to sale a car). I dealt with Richard in the finance department and the dedication to great customer service continued as we finalized all the paperwork. I have already had "after the sale" contact with Ron and John and the great experience continues.
