Let me begin by saying, that this was by far the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever made. I test drove the expedition and immediately knew this was my next vehicle. Toni knew I was in a hurry as I had other obligations to attend to and immediately began the process of evaluating my trade in vehicle. It was not long before an offer was made on the trade in and the new vehicle. Ron the finance guy promptly explained the rebates and off we went. Upgrades were offered and I decided on the leather package. After a little more negotiation a deal was struck. Toni was likeable and friendly, but not overbearing. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Toni and after many bad experiences at dealerships in the past; I truly appreciate the professionalism and expediency with which my purchase was treated. Richard realized soon that the initial vehicles we were looking at were not meeting these needs, and took the extra time to find a vehicle that might profit him less, but me more.
