From the moment I walked onto the lot I was treated like a valued customer. I never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing or being persuaded to spend more than I wanted. Frank Graham was a very down to earth, friendly, knowledgable salesman and I am grateful that he was the one to approach me first. He went out of his way to make my car buying experience the best it could be. He had a great attitude from the very beginning and made me feel comfortable. He was also very accomodating with my 6 year old child, which I appreciated a lot because there are quite a few places that are not "kid friendly". I would recommend Frank to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle for the reason that he is sincere, has the customers best interest in mind, a no pressure guy, and has excellent customer service skills. Ron Sutton was the next person I dealt with. He has a great outgoing personality and is very friendly as well. He really looked at my trade in vehicle instead of just writing down some random trade in value based on general information. I felt he worked hard to give me a good trade value and was pleased because, even though it was a 1998 car, he didn't treat it like it wasn't worth anything. He handled my contract and explained everything very well and made everything so easy and less confusing and complex than I thought it would be. He also was very accomodating and friendly with my daughter too. Richard Powell handled the financing for my vehicle and he was such a wealth of information. He helped myself and my mother, the cosigner, understand all the contracts and explained everything we had questions about. He found the lowest interest rate & best payments as possible. He never once got impatient with the millions of questions my mother asked either... I was very pleased with his attitude and customer service as well. Northside Ford made my first car buying experience much easier than I thought it would be. I had been to numerous dealerships before and at Northside Ford they had the best customer service and knowledgable staff. I felt good in their hands and confident that I received the best service. We were then set up with a rookie, Jason. He was nice enough but he made it pretty apparent from the get-go that Ford would not be wiling to work with us on our trade in. I still owe $21,000 on my vehicle and they only wanted to offer me $14,000. I told them hell no and that unless they came back with a more reasonable offer, I'd walk... Well they came back with $17.000....Not gonna happen... I'd take a small loss but not a $4000 loss... Their offer was ridiculous. Looks like I'll be going to Chevy.... THey are offering the same financing deal as Ford is BUT with BETTER incentives. More
The salesperson(Chris Bland) was very helpful and honest. I was only there to get an oil change to my 2009 F-150 truck and I ended up buying a Mustang. It was a great experience for me and everyone was very kind. The only complaint I do have is that my mustang did not come with a spare tire. It came with a compressor for nitrogen or something. This is new to me, so not having a spare tire in the trunk makes me nervous. I would hate to be stranded due to no spare tire. More

i have been a service department customer for over a year and have had great service, this prompted me to look to buy here everyone is so nice and really helpfull i met matt he was great to work with friendl and have had great service, this prompted me to look to buy here everyone is so nice and really helpfull i met matt he was great to work with friendly knowlageable and polite he asked what i was looking for i told him and that is what he showed me no pressure no hard frustrating sales tactics just let me look and when i found what i was looking for set up test drive explained features as well as price test drove vehicle was very nice let me think about it for couple of days held the truck for me called each day to inquire and the third day we negotiated price got the price i stated n made the sale which in turn led to my purchase of a second vehicle the next day between matt and his partner i am sorry to say i forgot her name who is also very sweet and good at her job as well and thanks in big part to curtis and the service side of northside ford you have a customer for life service and sales. sincerely ricky l. spriggs More
