I met Charles Young there and I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wanted to shop around before making any commitments. Charles gave me exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy in any way at all like a lot of sales people can be. He did not ask me for any of my personal information (to harass me later) he simply offered to help me with any purchase I made even if it wasn't at Northside Ford. I went to look at a few other vehicles but I came back to Northside because I felt it was the best deal for my money. Service We took our 2018 Expedition in for transmission issue. Advisor told us that it was a predictive shift transmission and the hard shifts were normal. When we asked about the previous 18,000 miles with no issue, we were handed a sheet explaining how a transmission worked. Not being new to mechanic work, we took it to a competitive dealership where they actually drove the car and determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. It would benefit your dealership to not be dismissive and condescending when dealing with customers. More
