Initial contact with the dealership was with a salesman that would not return calls. Upon our arrival, Wayne jumped in and took great care of us. No pressure, listened to what we were looking for. First time I have ever been to this dealership. Great dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helped us right away. They are very organized and know exactly what they have on the lot. Our salesperson did not have to work very hard to get the sale because we had already visited other dealerships and test drove prior to visiting this dealership and the other dealerships just did not have what we were looking for. The salesperson did a great job taking us exactly to what we were looking for and had very good knowledge of the vehicle. I will say that we really had work hard to get the terms we wanted, but our salesperson tried the best he could to work with us. Anyhow, in the end I love my vehicle and I don't have a problem with this dealership. More

I was delightfully satisfied with my experience on this visit and purchase with Northside Ford. I have purchased my last several vehicles through Northside and this visit by far exceeds the previous purch visit and purchase with Northside Ford. I was simply going in to see if a deal could be made at the present time and Jason immediately got to work to see if a deal could be reached. He was able to get me upgraded into a brand new 2011 Ford Edge at the price I was looking for and the accomodations I requested. The entire visit took approximately 3 hours which is the least amount of time I have ever experienced. I left the dealership surprised and satisfied. I have referred other customers to Northside before and they too have had a pleasant experience. I look forward to doing business with Northside for many years to come. More

I usually feel very uncomfortable visiting car dealerships. Past experiences have not been good but I still needed a car and had to go through the process. This is my third time at Northside Ford and this has been the best experience I have had. I am a proud Ford vehical owner and all my Ford cars have been great. This time however it was a smooth and quick process. I felt no pressure and saw only the vehicals I ask to see. Chris is soft spoken and very patient and he kept me very calm during the whole time. I left the same day with my car- and that had never happened- I usually came the next day to pick up my car. The whole process from selection to signing paperwork took only 4 1/2 hours! My new Fiesta is so much fun! I recommend Chris to those of you who have car dealership phobia. He will put you to ease. Thanks Chris! More

The sales process was so pleasant. For some reason, both Connie and Rick worked as a team to help me, and they took turns helping me learn and test drive the models. Both of them were very competent.
