The truck I was looking for was hard to find, but Charles got it for me. He was very good about keeping me informed of the vehicle arrival time. After looking at a new car at the San Marcos dealership, I sent quote requests to four dealers in the area (2-Austin, 1-San Marcos and 1-San Antonio). Northside Ford was the first and only response when I checked the next morning and they gave me the information I requested, not some automated garbage. I later received a phone call and we discussed what I was looking for. Marty Martinez, the salesman told me it would require ordering the car and building it to my specifications and exactly how much it would cost over invoice. This allowed me to modify my request to build exactly the car I wanted and stay within my price range. At first I was skeptical of all of the positive reviews for Northside Ford at this website. However, I made an appointment to test drive a similar car on the lot and we ordered the car that I wanted. I did not get pressured into buying something already available on the lot. I was patience and waited for it to arrive and there were no suprises with the price at the end. It was a very pleasant experience, no haggling or negotiating. For my next car purchase, I think I will go same route. It was a no BS experience. Also, the day I received my car I got to walk around "the complex". I think they are probably well equipped to work on and make any repairs in the future. Hopefully, I will not find out for some time. More

I just want to recommend Matthew Whitney! He has only been at Northside Ford since January and he is very patient, caring, non threatening, and very understanding. He knows what he had on stock, recommended us to drive any new car on his lot, knows his Ford Cars, and performed admirably well after we made a purchase of a 2012 Fusion. His Manager, Charles(?) put too much pressure on us to buy what they had on stock as opposed to our desire to wait for a Fusion Hybrid. He was overly afraid we would not come back if we could not get our Hybrid and finally did give some on the price. One though should never be pressured over waiting for a car to be purchased. Neverthless, Matt was fantastic and we are very satisfied with our Fusion in equipment, color, year and price. It's less than 5 minutes from our home.
