We had a very good experience with Robert and Northside Ford. We were able to get the car at the price we needed but not necessarily the price we wanted (then again, if we could all get our cars for the p Ford. We took our 2007 Ford Edge in to get the bearings replaced on the right front wheel. We were initially given an estimate of $350. After they had the car, they told us $450. When we called them on it, they reduced the price. Within 24 hours, the power steering pump went out. We had to have it towed back and have the power steering pump replaced - $712. Within 3 days, we noticed that we were getting spots on our driveway. We took it back and insisted on checking their previous work. Nope! Now we have an oil leak under the gear box. "It's not like it's $1,000 or anything. It's only around $400 to fix." I can see MAYBE the coincidence in the first situation. There's no coincidence in this happening twice. I believe someone there is doing damage to our vehicle so they can get more money. We will never go back there and will never buy a car from them. I suggest everyone stay away! You'll end up with more problems that when you started! More

We initially met Connie Black at the SA Auto Show. She took time there to show us all aspects of the Ford Units there. Later, we indicated that we might visit Northside Ford. On Nov 4, 2011, we went to Northside Ford for a 10 A.M appointment with Connie Black. We discussed vehicles at the time and agreed to look at the Ford Escape. After several hours, we finally agreed on a vehicle and after several hours or discussions and then with F & I we finally did purchase a 2012 Ford Escape Limited. During this whole time, Connie was very helpful and went over everything in detail. If I do get the chance, I will recommend Northside Ford and specifically Connie Black to my friends. She was outstanding. My rating is because of the assistance given by the sales person. Thank You Connie for all of your help and assistance. More

I was very specific on the vehicle my husband and I were to purchase. Northside Ford had the only vehicle, with the specific features we wanted in the entire state of Texas. We drove in, traded in our old Explorer and got our new Expedition within hours. (this was after 2 months of calling all over Texas searching for this vehicle). Marty was straight to the point and pulled no punches. It was a pleasure not only walking into their incredible showroom, but also dealing with Marty himself. We had previously dealt with other salesman at different dealerships that only wanted to sell us what they had on the lot and would not look for the vehicle we did want. Thanks Marty! Oh, and the credit department was also incredible. Very knowledgeable and we ended up with a better financing rate through them. Now it seems that I'm having problems with the truck, and I'm very disappointed in it since I've only had it for 2 weeks as of today, but I will try to adapt to it, I'm a 65 year old woman and I only hope it gets better in time. Most of their presentations sounded pretty canned, not showing much interest in us personally, only in our buying a car they had from them. Ron's approach was different. From the beginning, it was apparent that he wanted to work with us to find the right car for our needs. He was patient and attentive to us, always polite and courteous. when we had questions, he had the answer or found someone else on the very friendly staff who did. The process went very smoothly and quickly but we never had the feeling that we were being rushed. He even took time after the sale to take us around the entire facility, which is amazing, introducing us to people we would need to know and places where we would need to go as we worked together to maintain our car in top condition. Working with Ron and those around him has been a refreshing experience. More
