He's not a sales person as much as a customer service liaison. Each person he met in his office, in my company, was greeted with genuine warmth and a desire to help. I didn't drink anything in his presence, so I know he didn't slip anything into my coffee, but I felt at ease and comfortable with what I consider an expensive purchase. He's just a nice person with a great personality. Bottom line - I bought my car from Northside Ford because of their service department. I'd taken my Mercury Sable there for a few years. They never tried to sell me service I didn't need. Nor did I ever have to come back because of a problem.
