Making such a big purchase can be a little overwhelming, especially when you're six months pregnant. Larry and his manager Charlie really went above and beyond to make this a positive buying experience. Sometimes it's the little things that count and the vehicle did attract us but the personnel sealed the deal. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, they really do care about their customers. More

I went with a Chevrolet first, and I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience. I anticipated much the same with a company as established as Ford. I, however, was greatly disappointed. There is no way this purchase could have been any more stressful, rude, and generally unprofessional. There is no way I will ever return to this company and I will certainly not recommend for to anyone. Not because of the vehicle, which I happen to love my new car, but the sales team, finance team, and other individuals employed at this site did as little as they could to be efficient and effective in their daily business practices. It took three days to take care of paperwork to buy the vehicle because the salesman continuously called me "mija" and in a condescending way tried to offer me life advice. Out of politeness, I didn't correct him, however, being an established woman who was purchasing the vehicle on my own merit, this did not bode well with me. When I went into financing, they made a mistake in calculating the amount I make a year and entered it as if I make that much in a year. The financing was completely thrown off and instead of immediately communicating this, the finance department redid the paperwork and after several hours waiting only then told me of the mistake and the double time was due to the fact they had to re-calculate everything. Due to this delay, I was late to a going away dinner that was for me and had to come back the next day for them to simply wash my car, which incidentally took 2 hours. I have never heard of a carwash take so long in my life. In order to make this sale, I traded in my Camaro which by chance had been rear ended previously. I did have an estimate from another car dealership for how much it would cost to return the car to its normal state. Northside Ford, without creating their own estimate or checking that this number was acceptable by the insurance that would be repairing my car, accepted what would be the payment made by the car insurance as my down payment for 2,800.00. The reason I purchased a new vehicle was because I was moving to California and wanted a car that was more reasonable than the Camaro. Two weeks later, I was moving, and on my drive as I was 10 hours from San Antonio, my car salesman calls me in a panic and tells me that I have to bring the Escape back or send him nearly 1,200.00 immediately. I originally told Charles that I didn't want to/nor could I afford a down payment and was using my trade in as down payment. So when he called and told me to bring the car back and I asked him if he had spoken to the finance department to add the amount to my note, he got upset and frustrated. Our conversation ended with him hanging up on me. Once in California, Northside Ford sent me a new contract with arrows of where to sign and didn't tab one, so I didn't sign it. They swore they did arrow it and it was a failure on my part. They even told me that it was on camera. I later spoke to a manager who let it slip that they do not have cameras in all offices. About 29 days after the purchase of my car, Northside Ford had maintained possession of my Camaro and received the insurance payment for the repairs from the insurance office. However, my financer of my Camaro began to call and say I had missed payment. Due to negligence on part of Ford, I now have a mark against my credit for not paying on time. I again called and spoke to my salesman and instead of directing me to the finance department, he swore to me that the finance department had taken care of it. I then received another collector call trying to remand payment and conference called the salesman as proof of non-payment. He then believed me and payment was sent after. Unfortunately, due to the lack of timeliness on part of Northside Ford, their tardiness is now on my credit report as more than 30 days past due. I have never heard of this happening before. All of this. This is unacceptable and I feel that Ford, a company that typically is known for quality would be greatly disappointed to hear that customers are being mistreated to this degree. More

Jason Pelmear was our Sales Consultant in 2011 and we asked for him again when we bought our 2014 Fusion. Jason was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the trade-in and buying process very easy. He took a lot of time to show us all the new features of the 2014 model. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale, trade-in or financing process. Northside Ford is a excellent dealer, both in sales and service and we will use them and Jason Pelmear again. More

I prolonged buying a vehicle for months because I dreaded the purchasing process and the fear that I would not get the best possible deal. A family member highly recommended Northside Ford saying it was the most reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. They were correct! A few day ago, I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant, Chris Brand. Mr. Brand was very professional and most importantly attentive to what I was seeking in a car and payment. In a short amount of time, he was able to find me a beautiful Ford Edge with more features and at a lower price than I initially expected. I was exceptionally pleased with Chris Brand and Northside Ford. In the future, my family will exclusively shop at Northside Ford for vehicles and work with Chris Brand as our sales consultant More
