Marty, in particular, stands out because his knowledge of the trucks is obvious and he patiently guides you through the process. He listens to you when you tell him what options are meaningful to you and shows you only those vehicles and options that are a fit. Unhappy After the Sale I purchased a 2012 Ford Cerified Lariat F250 Vehicle paid over 50K for a Certified truck. When I noticed that the trailer mirrors and the vanity ligh I purchased a 2012 Ford Cerified Lariat F250 Vehicle paid over 50K for a Certified truck. When I noticed that the trailer mirrors and the vanity lights weren't working, I purchased it on 06/13 and I took it on on 06/19 to schedule repairs. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I inquired to the service writer named Tom. He told me he had to wait for pictures to be sent to Ford for approval to get warranty authorization. I was really upset because I had to inquire myself to get answers. In this day in time customer interaction is very important. My argument is if I was sold a Ford Certified Truck. It should be Cerified. I don't see how ford can certify a vehicle with problems and to top it off, the tires are worn out more than 1/2 of their life. I would not have accepted it but my wife bought it for me as a wedding anniversary gift. I believe Northside ford took advantage of my wife. Cerified to me is that the vehicle is in tip top shape. I drive it to the so called dealership to get it serviced, but in the rain it wasn't safe to drive due to the worn out tires. The used car sales manager tried to resolve the situation but made it worse when he tried to BS me with the "president awards displayed. In the sales floor.. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't care what they have displayed on the sales floor. To me that is just a gimmick to draw people in. More
I should have come here first! I had recently purchased a new vehicle at another dealership. I was happy to have it but kept thinking to myself, "this just isn't me". I decided to go to Northside Ford to have a look at what I could have purchased instead of my new "crossover SUV". No sooner than I had arrived, Ronald Hernandez approached me and asked if he could assist me. At first, I thought that I would be happier in a new truck. We road around in his golf cart and he gave me complete access to the trucks that interested me, including test drives. When I had found one that suited me, we made our way back to the office to crunch numbers. By this time they were getting ready to close for the evening. Ron was very patient with me and told me to take my time. Before we made it inside, I spotted the Mustangs and decided to have a look. I told Ron that the Mustangs were sending a chill up my back and that now I'd like to have a closer look. Without hesitation, Ron gave me the time that I needed to look at several of them. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Even though closing time was now behind us, I never felt rushed. I was drawn to a black GT and after a test drive, I was anxious to hammer out a deal. I got everything that I wanted. It was now an hour and a half after closing and I was driving my new Mustang GT home! It's been about two weeks now and I still get that chill up my back when I see it in my driveway. I want to thank Ronald Hernandez and all the others that assisted me in realizing my dream come true! More
