I walked into the service writer's area and still no one even looked my way. I finely asked for help and was told no service until Friday. Too busy to even be polite? I drive a 2008 F-150 and get flyers from your dealership inviting me into both sales and service regularly so I come in only to be ignored, a waste of advertising $$$$. More
Best Dealership In San Antonio As far as dealerships go, we feel that Northside is the best here in San Antonio. We did have some dealings with other dealerships in our area here and most were just flat out not worth even a poor rating. However dealing with Northside was a good experience As most people we would rather have a root canal than have to go through the dealership experience and deal with the vultures that wait for you as you drive in the lot. It wasnt quite that way at Northside. We were met after pulling in by a salesman, when we gave him a salesmans name that we had been in contact with, he took us right inside and to the man we were to see. We knew exactly what we wanted and we knew what we were willing to pay. We layed it all out to him and he had something close to our needs and wants. After the test drive, he was clear that if it wasnt what we exactly wanted we could shake hands and part as friends at anytime. We were also given the option to order the exact vehicle we wanted. We were prepared to do just that. But the one we drove was close enough to what we would have ordered and the things that werent on it that we did want were also added to the paperwork and they ensured us that everything would be taken care of in only a couple days. They were true to their word. We got what we wanted and paid what we were prepared to pay. The other people that worked there were conscious to our needs and were also willing to do what it takes to make us happy. While they had to do the work on our new truck to add the things it didnt have that we wanted we were told it would take about 3 days. They gave us a loaner. I was ready to have some old beat up trade in. Nope...... They gave me a brand new pickup to drive while they were working on mine. We dealt with New car sales, the accessories department manager and the service department manager. ALL of them were very nice and accommodating. Its not just the deal we got Nor just the people we dealt with. It was everything together that made our experience a good one. We will definitely go there again when the time comes to purchase something else. We will also HIGHLY recommend the dealership (Northside Ford) to any and all who may be looking to buy a vehicle of any type, Car or Truck. New or Used......... They are very good people to deal with. More

The John and David Starnes the Director of Internet Sales got together and put together I a great deal for my new 2016 Mustang. They were professional and very clear on communication. The deal was complicated because of using other pieces from my previous car purchase at this dealership. They took their time and were able to transfer all policies and utilize all the cash and rebates to put together a great deal. Very happy. More

Outstanding salesman We lost hope of buying a new vehicle so we went looking at used vehicles at NORTHSIDE FORD. Our salesman Ramiro Sepulveda approached us with a person We lost hope of buying a new vehicle so we went looking at used vehicles at NORTHSIDE FORD. Our salesman Ramiro Sepulveda approached us with a personality and smile that made us feel so welcomed. He walked us thru the entire process with that same smile and awesome attitude the whole time there. We test drove so many vehicles and not once did his attitude change. He ended up getting us out of there in a brand new 2016 Ford Escape. We are completely satisfied and WILL recommend NSFORD/Ramiro Sepulveda to all our family and friends. Keep up the excellent work!!! More
Be Careful I did have an issue with the Sales Manager charging me for add ons I had not agreed to but after contacting the General Manager it was immediately cor I did have an issue with the Sales Manager charging me for add ons I had not agreed to but after contacting the General Manager it was immediately corrected and my money refunded. Really a pleasure to work with a dealership who understands customer satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership because in the end they were more than fair. However, be very careful what sales manager you work with! My sales person, Mickey was excellent and him I would recommend anytime! Based on the General Manager and Mickey I would have given 5 stars but just the fact that they have sales managers that have an integrity issue, I had to go with four! More
UPDATE: Unethical Customer Service - "Failure" So, 12 days later....... I have received apologies from both Scott Gilmore, Finance Director and Matt Starnes - Digital Director (responded to my orig So, 12 days later....... Both have indicated they want to do what they can to address the situation. Other than my in-person visit with Scott I have not heard from him other than a couple of emails stating of additional items they needed from us for the lender. I sent Matt an email yesterday but have not heard from him yet either. My original review was very factual and now I have even more to add. We were put in a position that in order to get a vehicle my husband wanted we had to purchase from Northside because I could not afford to shop somewhere else due to the fact that a different dealership would also have to do a hard hit credit check which would drop my score again. 12/11 my husband took off work to finalize the deal because we were guaranteed the deal was done to our satisfaction. Of course that was not the case so he spent unnecessary time at the dealership and away from work....more lost money. Therefore, we got the truck but with a $50 more a month payment and an extremely high interest rate. We signed the final paperwork on 12/12/15. All done.....NOPE. After we signed the final papers and left the dealership we were called and said there was additional paperwork that they needed from us to verify address/PO Box for the lender. Another unnecessary trip on our part. As of 12/17 I am still trying to jump through hoops to get them what they need for the lender. I am exhausted and at this point ready to tell them to just come get the xxxx truck. The amount of time I have wasted, the amount of gas/money I have used making multiple trips back and forth to the dealership (120 miles round tripe), the lost money from my husband missing work.....all I can do is think I have a big sticker on my back that says "dummy". More
