Sorriest Customer Service I have ever experienced. Called Northside Ford for a price quote on Ford Super Duty that was overpriced and asked for their best price. I asked for a Sales Manager and was told that they were to busy to take call. I dealt with a salesman who had no idea what was goes on. He took my number and said he would call back. When he called back, which surprised me that he even did. He advised that the price advertised was the best price and i could take it or leave it. I was never asked if i had an offer or what my trade was. I don't know how this dealership stays in business. I will never call this dealership again and will do my best to let others know as well. If the owners accept this business practice then Ford should have them shut down. I will be contacting Ford Headquarters next. More

Horrible experience cost me thousands Last month in mid-March 2016 I bought a 2011 F150 Limited with less than 95k miles on it and I don't even know where to start with all the problems I Last month in mid-March 2016 I bought a 2011 F150 Limited with less than 95k miles on it and I don't even know where to start with all the problems I had with them and the truck, I should have never gone thru with the purchase so shame on me, but I want to expose them for what they are: LIARS. They assured me everything was working on the truck, and that they would touch up all the paint nicks on it and detail it... When I received the truck not only did it have 2 dents in the tailgate, and was filthy to the point I had to get it detailed myself, but the truck's computer was completely broken and has to be replaced for $1,200... They refused to pay for that of course. David Starnes and Kenny Love are downright liars, and they're arrogant while they lie to your face, too. They are the epitome of "used car salesman". I'm so angry with myself for buying from them. Cost me $1,500 in senseless crap they should have fixed themselves the moment the truck got on their lot. What a joke. STAY AWAY FROM NORTHSIDE FORD!!! More

No honesty at this dealership and no service after the sale, either. We're currently battling with them to get our copies of our deal paperwork back. We finalized everything over the mail and they won't even send us back our copies of the paperwork. Avoid at all costs... these guys really are horrible. More
Freindly, Terrific Customer Service I was looking at a specific truck I had seen in their website. Gave it a like and immediately I got an email asking when I'd go to see it. I responded I was looking at a specific truck I had seen in their website. Gave it a like and immediately I got an email asking when I'd go to see it. I responded saying I'd go on a weekend gave Kenny Love the hour I'd be there and sure enough as I pulled into the lot he was waiting for me to show the truck, did the test run and settled with the pricing. He offered us pizza and drinks. All went smooth then sent us to finance with Trey Engle and explained all the paperwork to a tee. Great experience, when we left with the truck there was a smudge of a fingerprint on the screen and Kenny imidiately called it and cleaned it himself. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
Horrible service So I thought my 2 1/2 hour oil change (with a scheduled appt) was just a bad deal and maybe a bad day for service.....WELL, here I am on a Saturday mo So I thought my 2 1/2 hour oil change (with a scheduled appt) was just a bad deal and maybe a bad day for service.....WELL, here I am on a Saturday morning at 7 am with my 5 year old sitting in service. I called and scheduled an appt for 7 am because I have a lot going on and my life is all about schedules right now....I pulled into the bay and was informed that I'll be here waiting most of the day. I asked why because I have an appt...I was told the appt was just to check my car in not my service time (keep in mind I'm the first car here). So now I'm stranded here all day with a 5 year old?!? This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! Not only will I not come back....I'm never buying another Ford! More
Great internet prices with great customer service. I found a truck at their website, called in to verify price. Spoke to a Sam Hassan (sales) and he said, yes the truck is still here come and see it. Arrived at the dealer, met with Sam, did a test drive and even ended up getting other discounts than what was already posted in the website. Whole process took less than 2 hours, out the door with my new truck. Have gone back since to do oil changes, and the service is still excellent. This was the best price I found for the truck, and Sam made everything go smooth. More

I didn't even go to Northside Ford to purchase a new truck, I was looking for a car for my son. Ken's willingness to answer all my questions even thought I told him I was just looking was the main motivating factor that made me decide to go for it. My new F150 is great! I will recombined North Side Ford to and Ken to all my friends and family from now on. Good JOB!! More
