My Hollywood experience! North side ford was the last dealership I was going to visit on my journey to shop for an F 250 pickup. As I walked in to the dealership and looked ov North side ford was the last dealership I was going to visit on my journey to shop for an F 250 pickup. As I walked in to the dealership and looked over to my left, feeling frustrated and mentally exhausted after diligently shopping for the the truck of my dreams I noticed a salesman that appeared to me as ice cube, that put a smile on my face and instantly I knew that he was the man that I wanted to be my sales man. I had just drove from the big town of D. Texas to Austin and back after Spencer the salesman from xxxx @ Leif Johnson ford topped off an already terrible shopping experience. Spencer flat out lied to me and doctored a false cost of the truck and after I drove to austin, it was all a lie and spencer had lied to get me there. When I shop, im not desperate, I'm just interested. Mind you I sat happy and hip in my 2014 Chevrolet high country and spent 10 thousand dollars in after market accessories at my good ol buddy Tim dunkins place. Plus I put 10 grand down. This deal just needed to be right. So this Ford 250 needed to meet my expectations of an already nice ride. When I walked up to ice cubes desk, he introduced him self as Ronnie Mitchell. All this time my mind had completely forgot about the experience I went through. I told ice (Ronnie) "I've walked your lot and these two stock numbers are the trucks I'm interested in, however not completely. I like dark carpet not tan." He found the truck instantly knowing in my demenor that I wasn't in the market to waste any more additional time. I then asked him the golden question, "HOW MICH?" The story gets better, he then introduces me to who appears to be to me as Cuba Gooding Jr. But Mitchell introduces him to me as Joe Thorton. Joe then gives us a price and the price he gives us is not bad at all. It beat every dealer we had called and visit with. (Even chaparral Fords new 2015) In my mind I knew I was shopping at all the wrong places and looking for fords in to many place. However, it was the best but not quit where we needed to be. So Cuba and Ice flat out ask what they had to do for me so I can go home in the truck of my dreams and I told them and they made it happen. Yes you heard right. They made it happen and all the doubts of letting my high country go fled my mind and instantly I knew I was blessed to have ever come across north side ford and not only north side ford but Ice cube and Cuba! That was a Hollywood experience in right here in San Antonio Texas! Additional: Ronnie listened and didn't rush me, he didn't get frustrated, he didn't lie to me, and he was very easy to talk to and he understood exactly what I needed and it was just important to him as it was to me to get me in the truck I wanted In addition to the price! Not your typical Dealer I arrived at Northside Ford expecting the usual pushy salesman to try and sell me a car that was way out of my price range. However, Ramiro was the complete opposite of my expectations. As a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions, and he was able to answer them honestly, and was extremely patient with my lack of "car knowledge". After giving him a list of everything I wanted in a car, I ended up leaving with the perfect car for me at a very affordable price. I also had the pleasure of having Trey as my finance guy. He was so helpful and never tried to sell me more warranty than I needed. All in all everything was exceptional. I would recommend checking out this dealership and asking for Ramiro! More

Several hours later gave me an out the door price. NO pressure to purchase that day. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want/need. Came back a few days later and purchased.
