It must be a big joke You go there to buy a vehicle and you leave the dealer with a new truck after trading your car.After calling every day asking for interest and finance You go there to buy a vehicle and you leave the dealer with a new truck after trading your car.After calling every day asking for interest and finance information you finally get a call after 7 days. You go to sign the papers and you hear from a receptionist: sorry we need our truck back the deal couldn't be closed . Your car at this point has no plates and your insurance claims that the vehicle is under another owner name. You go back to clear the insurance situation and with their "help" you close another deal with the SAME truck but no trade in this time. You have the truck under your insurance, you pay for it and you get a call more than 3 weeks later and for the second time saying that the they want the truck back. Wordless...at this point looking for another option. More

I had already chose several trucks off the internet, I narrowed it down to three. He had my vehicle appraised and we started looking at the trucks, very good selection. All the trucks were what I was looking for, but I narrowed it down to one. It took a little time but we were able to make the deal with the managers assistance (John). They gave me a fair price on my trade. The financial part went pretty fast due to their new system (great). I would have gave them a 5 star, but unfortunately my truck was not cleaned very well, having to take it back. Other than that I would recommend Northside Ford to friends and family More

First time buying a car on my own I knew exactly what my SUV was supposed to be capable of, researched Ford Escapes online at different dealers in my area and finally called Northside I knew exactly what my SUV was supposed to be capable of, researched Ford Escapes online at different dealers in my area and finally called Northside Ford. I explained to the front desk lady that I am inexperienced in buying a new car concerning extra fees, title etc and she connected me to Hugo. Hugo was very patient explaining the entire process to me over the phone and I took a test drive in a Ford Escape that they had advertised online. Since it did not have all the options I wanted in it and I was not in a hurry to buy one, I custom ordered a Ford Escape with Hugo's additional suggestions and he kept me apprised over the next few weeks on when my car would arrive. It arrived sooner than predicted and Hugo made the sales process very smooth and understandable. Plates and registration came in last week and I have an SUV that I look forward to driving every day.
