This is the most unethical business I have ever worked with. I purchased a used vehicle from them 4 years ago after 7 hours of waiting, test driving, negotiating.....the numbers on the paperwork were always changing suddenly from what they verbally conveyed, they refused to supply me with the Car Fax report after numerous requests.....then I was taken to the "side lot" where the junk used cars are kept. Keep in mind I have Lupus and was very ill at the time and by myself.... They took advantage and told me that I could only get a car from this part of the lot. I had a good paying job and fair credit at the time to..? I was tired, sick and hungry.......I ended up with a junker that has consistently fallen apart over the years. UPDATE: They contacted me and told me that I qualified for their Buy Back Program and having just been named the number one Ford dealership in Texas (????? how ???) they had incentive money, and extra money to help eliminate the negative equity I ended up with on the junker they sold me the first time. I went in yesterday just to see if they had really changed as he assured me they had......NOT, EVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST TIME and my husband was with me this time. We have over a six figure income and good credit. They first told us the vehicle was $24,600 but on sale for $18,080 (website quoted) due to factory incentives and discounts. We decided to try and get the vehicle for that price. When the salesman brought the paperwork the vehicle price was $26,6xx!! They had added over $1,600 to the price for the factory tint, etching of the VIN on the glass and clear coat for the paint. I told them NO, I would have that done somewhere else. They said it had already been done to the vehicle and we had to pay it. We told them that was unacceptable and no one, not salesman nor the finance "God" mentioned this when we discussed the price. So they decided they would remove it. Ok, onward we go......finance "God" got to work on the loan......45 minutes later we were taken to another table where a totally different finance "God" came over with a folder, a scowl on his face, threw the folder on the table, looked at us like we were viruses and said, well your payment will be $650/m. We were floored and asked why so much....he then appeared to be disgusted and angry and replied, well, your trying to finance $28,800, your trade in is only worth $4000 and you still owe $10,000. THE SALESMAN TOLD US THEY HAD ABSORBED ALL THE NEGATIVE EQUITY WITH THE DEALER INCENTIVES AND THE EXTRA MONEY FORD GAVE THEM FOR THEIR AWARD STATUS AND WE WERE ONLY CARRYING OVER $200. He replied, how to expect that to work when you have $5,000 carry over? We again told him the salesman said only $200 carryover........he replied AND I only got 1 approval for you at 18%!!!!!!! They did not even try to be nice or help work another car deal........We asked the salesman what the heck happened to only carrying over $200 and he said I don't know?!?! THEY ALL LIE, THEY CHEAT AND TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT IF YOU DON'T MEET THEIR PERSONAL STANDARDS. They were trying to put my in another xxx is what they wanted. My husband and I took a credit hit for this humiliation and I'll be darned if it ever happens again. World Car Kia has always been extremely nice and have always made deals for us with multiple financing options. I have never been treated to badly as I have been at Northside Ford in San Antonio, TX. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. More
Recent AC repair Not good!!! I purchased my Ford Expedition from this dealer. I believe in OEM repairs when needed, so I always take to the "Factory Trained" dealers. Not good!!! This dealer has not only got my personal business, but my commercial fleet business. No longer.... Sad thing is it really is because of the load of B.S. that the "Shop Forman" tried to sell me. I will give the cliff notes version. I took my car into the dealer to fix my AC system. It operated but not nearly like it should . I obviously know this car better than the service center because I am the only owner. 1200.00 dollars later the system still does not work like it should. Takes nearly 30 min or 10 to 15 highway miles to get the system to blow cooler than 60 degrees. After Northsides failure to fix the problem, I asked the Shop Forman to take a drive with me. As luck would have it, a small rain shower just blew in so the outside temp dropped down to approx. 85degrees. I say fortunate because I was told the hot south Texas temperature was the issue and not my AC. Had the Forman in my car and we drove approx. 10 miles. The temp never dropped below 60degrees. We got back to the shop and he told me that is normal.... I looked at him and said if he was being serious because I couldn't believe what I just heard. I never told him that I received formal training on refrigeration years ago due to my job. So, when I challenged him on this load of BS he just tried to feed me, he got very defensive and said that he could throw all new AC parts on my car and it wouldn't make a difference in the current performance. I challenged him on his thinking again, because that make NO Sense what so ever. He then got changed his story and said that the age of the car and the AC components were the main issue for the poor performance. I looked him right in the eyes and said, "First you tell me that replacing my AC components wont make a difference, then you tell me that it is the age of my car.....??? Which one is it?" He got irritated with my questions and he got out of my car without a response and left.... My jaw hit the steering wheel. I went inside to speak with my Service coordinator and he expressed his sympathy but failed to escalate and was OK with me leaving upset. I told him that I dropped approximately 1200 dollars in repairs and the system is not working any better than it did when I brought it to them. HE again apologized but no further action or attempts to resolve was made. Very sad. I days with Northside is over. I will not bring my personal or fleet business to them again. More

Very dissatisfied with the Ford organization. My first Ford I left my 2016 Ford Edge at Northside Ford June 27th following placement of new engine due to Jiffy Lube's destruction. Northside didn't want to deal I left my 2016 Ford Edge at Northside Ford June 27th following placement of new engine due to Jiffy Lube's destruction. Northside didn't want to deal with the "timing" issues since they didn't sell the new engine placed in my car which was installed by a non-Ford Facility. My vehicle has be sitting at Jordan Ford since July 1st waiting in line AGAIN to find out what it wrong with it before work can even begin! Northside said it was a timing issue and should be covered under warranty since it was a new crate motor. As my deceased Dad would say, this is "piss poor" service! This is my first Ford Vehicle and sadly will be my last. I have been without of vehicle since June 27th. Someone needs to step and do the right thing and quick! More
