My sales agent, Jordan, seemed to know every vehicle on the lot. He payed attention to what I was saying as far as what I liked and didn't much care for and focused like a laser on getting me to a vehicle that conformed to all my expectations. I can highly recommend this dealer as far as inventory, knowledgeable staff, attention to detail, and the motivation to do what is in the customer's best interest. A visit to Northside Ford is well worth your while. You will not leave with any regrets. More

Con Artist / Liars I would definitely not recommend Northside Ford. The 2016 F150 I had bought had engine problems at 15k and I kept telling them, all they said was ther I would definitely not recommend Northside Ford. The 2016 F150 I had bought had engine problems at 15k and I kept telling them, all they said was there’s nothing wrong until 40k I started having major issues with the engine. I left it at the dealer to get fixed and was put in a rental which they did not tell me would cost almost 1k after renting for 2 weeks. Once I picked up my truck it broke down again and smelled like gas inside the cab coming from the engine which made me and my family sick, still getting headaches to this day from it. They told me they would not take the truck back because the value would be deprecated after taking the engine apart. When going back to the dealer to drop it off once again to get fixed, they told me I must have got a bad truck off the shipment. They said the only way they could help me was for me to get a new truck and go upside down in payment, he said I would not like to see you and your family riding around in the truck smelling the gas. While not feeling good from the smell driving up there they rushed me into another truck which was a 2016 f150 for 45k and raised my interest, extended the lease totaling to 78k taking advantage of me and my family. When I told him the 1050 a month did not seem right that it came out to 78k he told me no that’s not right just sign. Instead of apologizing and giving me a better deal they went ahead and messed me over again. So I would definitely advise no one to go to this dealer. Customer service also sent me a letter advising me not to look into the lemon law when the other truck kept breaking down. More

Northside Ford Review My overall experience at North Side Ford was ok. I purchased a 2018 F150 XL. I was surprised to find out that this vehicle DID NOT come with Satellite My overall experience at North Side Ford was ok. I purchased a 2018 F150 XL. I was surprised to find out that this vehicle DID NOT come with Satellite Radio or Floor Mats. Seems like two minor details but when your paying thousands of dollars on a NEW VEHICLE, I expect certain things. The Finance person did get me 2 floor mats after I continued to ask, but they were NOT MADE for my vehicle... The salesman although new DID NOT go over any of the vehicle features which is why I didn't know about the missing satelite radio. I have purchased 3 New Ford vehicles since 2011 and the experience was much better at the Viva Ford Dealership in El Paso where they were purchased . Here I DID NOT feel like the Loyal, Valued Ford customer that I have been since 2011... More

Bad experience They told me to take the vechile home and to take my time at this point I was not sure if I was going to buy it. Then I text the salesperson and tells They told me to take the vechile home and to take my time at this point I was not sure if I was going to buy it. Then I text the salesperson and tells me I need money down. I though this was unperfectional she text me instead of calling me. I even went to drop the vechile of I had my kids. I called the lady so she come outside and get the key. She tells me bring it inside. I still had to take my kids to my vechile and get my sons car seat. Thanks but I rather go somewhere!!! More
