There isn’t much that will make us change our outlook other than reimbursing us for the cost incurred while waiting for you to “get to” our vehicle. The appointment was made well in advance and customers have an expectation that you will repair the vehicle when it is scheduled. Your staff had a dismissive attitude about the situation responding that it was “just the way it is”. That is not acceptable when we are paying out of pocket for your incompetence with scheduling.
