Experience with GregDorris Greg was great. Yes, “Old Guys Rule.” He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me. I felt comfortable and at no time did Greg was great. Yes, “Old Guys Rule.” He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me. I felt comfortable and at no time did I feel any high pressure to buy. He helped me find my USAA certificate to apply to my purchase. The only negative with the dealership, not Greg, is that I think I should have been offered more for my trade-in. More

Hate Ford Service Quick Lane, there are 4 guys at computers in there. One guy calls the next person in line, and apparently they know each other. Guy needs an inspection, so service writer says, "I need your insurance card." Guy says, "It's out in the truck, I'll get it." So, I step up and Service Writer says, "Ma'am, I'll be right with you after I help these gentlemen." I'm thinking, "You've got a line out the door, and you're going to wait for the guy that was unprepared to return before you move to the next customer????" It wasn't even like he had already started the ticket on the computer yet. He could have had me in and out of that spot before the other guy got back. Every time I go here, it's because it's the most convenient dealership. Every time I get here, I am reminded why I never want to return. Ford service makes me want to buy Chevy or GMC, but Ford has more towing capacity. That's the ONLY reason we have a Ford. Finally, they rotated the tires, but didn't bother to check the tire pressure. Was riding rough, so checked the pressure and the front was set at the factory rear pressure recommendation and the back was set at the factory front. We also had an experience at the same dealership where they stripped the oil plan plug and it was leaking oil after the oil change. More

I will not be returning I brought my car in to get looked at becuase the engine was stalling to Northside Ford. I had to get it fixed becuase I had to drive back to georgia a I brought my car in to get looked at becuase the engine was stalling to Northside Ford. I had to get it fixed becuase I had to drive back to georgia a week later after my military training ended. Ever since I got my car back my center cosole stopped working (Radio doesn't work, neither does my hands off calling feature). There was no time to get it looked at becuase I had to go back to Georgia. Needless to say... I am currently driving back with no radio making this 18 hour drive miserable. I am very disappointed. My family has been loyal to Ford for years. After purchasing two cars that have had issues, paying an unreasonable amount for labor with the return of an event faultier vehicle for which I will have to pay more out of pocket.... We will not be returning. More
