Always a wait I’ve had 2 vehicles in the past 3 months and both times I told them about the issue and brought them in on an appointment and they tell me it’ll be ov I’ve had 2 vehicles in the past 3 months and both times I told them about the issue and brought them in on an appointment and they tell me it’ll be over night 3-4 days later I get my vehicle back with an excuse for why they took so long. This last time they blamed Corporate Ford and another dealership, last time it was the wrong part on my car yet I had it in over a year ago for the same issue and they didn’t catch the wrong part then! Very frustrating working with the service department. They do get a lot of oil changes but charge quite a bit unless you have a coupon. More

Broken Promises, Buyer Beware I was promised as part of the deal that a few accessories I didn't want to finance would be available to me at cost, but when they quoted the 3 items I was promised as part of the deal that a few accessories I didn't want to finance would be available to me at cost, but when they quoted the 3 items the prices were 10% - 30% above local RETAIL! Be warned in advance like I would have been had I read the Yelp reviews and the Glassdoor employee reviews. More

Strive for total satisfaction Great folks, but the sell isn’t done until everything is complete. Buy a used truck with keyless entry and rather than get this changed for the new Great folks, but the sell isn’t done until everything is complete.
