bad information and slow to respond I was told I would be updated by text, but had to call service rep after third day. Nothing had been done on repairs as of yet. Asked for certain thin I was told I would be updated by text, but had to call service rep after third day. Nothing had been done on repairs as of yet. Asked for certain things to be done and they quoted way more than what was requested. then had to wait for a second quote. multiple mis statements or incorrect info from service rep. Finally just got my tires rotated and oil changed and declined all other repairs. Took until Friday for this, a full week. When I picked up truck wires from backup camera were just hanging out on the rear bumber. They had to take back into shop and re-install. Service foreman was helpful at this point and called me back with some options the following Monday. Not sure if I will go back at this point. My company has purchased several vehicles here and my wife. My son had just purchased a new truck here from my recommendation. I will no longer purchase or suggest NSF. ok for oil changes, but nothing else. My second bad experiance with service and service reps. More
