Great service- Very helpfully I was in a jam, in a moment of panic I took my sons truck to a different repair shop who during the repair process told me things that I believe to be I was in a jam, in a moment of panic I took my sons truck to a different repair shop who during the repair process told me things that I believe to be misleading to do unessary repairs. I brought the truck to Northside Ford who quickly identified the problem. Something the I believe the prior repair shop altered to make the truck not run correctly to justify the need for unneeded repairs. I wise I would have taken the truck to Northside Ford first! The customer rep was very understanding and I felt was very honest with me about what was and was not needed. The technication discovered in his inspection that a gasket near the mass air flow senser was missing so the truck was running lean. The technician replaced it and the problem was fixed. I believe the only way for the gasket to have come off is someone had taken off at the prior repair shop. Again I will only do business with honest repair shop like Northside Ford. More
