Matt was the dealer representative when I bought my new 2008 Mustang. He was no-pressure type, and made the sale paperwork seem so easy. I could not find the Expedition EL I wanted Northside Ford went out of their way to find the exact vehicle at the price I wanted. The salesperson took his time and went over all of the features (I was te Ford went out of their way to find the exact vehicle at the price I wanted. The salesperson took his time and went over all of the features (I was terrified of the Navigation System) and made sure I understood how to use it. When the vehicle came in with a vibration when I was on the highway and the service manager personally took care of everything in a quick and professional manner. I have previously driven luxury vehicles and the level of service I received ranks right up there with Lexus and Mercedes. Thank you Northside Ford. More
