Northside Ford

After locating the vehicle I was interested in on the dealership's website, I sent them an email requesting a price for the vehicle. Since I was buying from out of state I flew into San Antonio, caught a ride to my hotel on the hotel shuttle and the sales person picked me up the next morning an drove me to the dealership. Couldn't have been easier. The dealership is only a couple of miles from the airport and they would have picked me up directly from the airport if I hade arrived during business hours. The sales price was right around invoice. The only thing to be aware of is that the dealership adds a $50.00 document fee and a $74.06 dealer's inventory tax fee to the price we negotiated. Since these fees do nothing more than add to the dealers bottom line and are not really government fees it was a small disappointment in an otherwise very pleasant experience. Overall I would recommend contacting sales person Vivian Aguon at Northside Ford for a great deal and a low hassle purchase of a new Ford and I would buy from her again. More

This was the fastest car purchase we have ever made. Everyone was very friendly and the car is just what we wanted. Vivian was very efficient in her handling of the sale. I went into Northside Ford to purchase a Ford Edge. I had done a lot of research and had a specific color and options in mind. Vivian did an awesome job of insuring all my requirements were met. My overall experience with this dealership was fair. The only reason it was not great was the lack of communication; I understand that there is a game in the car buying business. While I did not purchase a vehicle with them, I would still recommend working with them. My frustration stems from the Management not listening to the needs of the customer. I told my salesman from the beginning what my needs were, and what I was able to, and willing to do. I hid nothing in the process of buying a car, and yet my needs were not heard by the "Boss". In barttering there is some back and forth, some negotiating, but when you are told from the start that there are certain things that are downright unrealistic, why is it that the big bad "boss" doesn't listen to those concerns. Again, I strongly urge people to deal with Northside Ford, but also want to inform the buyer; be very clear that you will only accept a deal on your terms. Do what I did, if they are unwilling/unable to meet your needs, leave! More

After visiting 2 dealers one of them was just giving us 2 choices, the other dealer didn't even acknowledge us.
