Recalls I took our F150 in for a recall. Gary was not in so another service writer stepped in and took care of me. They provided a ride back to my office. Wit I took our F150 in for a recall. So I took one of our fleet F150‘s on a Saturday with a different recall, and Gary jumped on it and it was ready Monday! Gary even called me Saturday afternoon with a status report. Airbag recall I recently took my truck into Northside ford for an airbag recall. I contacted my dealer first but they gave me a 3 month waiting list. All the staff were friendly and helpful and they even gave me a ride home, so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership all day. Most hassle free experience ever! I have never been so at ease with buying a vehicle before. I never liked having to play the numbers games and the waiting game. Our salesman Chris took the time to work with my wife and find us the vehicle we were looking for without the games. They were able to get everything done , up to the signing part, working together with no issues. Chris and my wife Michelle then drove the new truck to my place of business to show me our new truck, and to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to sign papers. Peace of mind I went to a few car dealerships the day I wanted to trade in my 2015 Ford Focus for an upgrade. Very friendly, communication was on point and the most important thing was he wanted to meet my needs and wants. That was definitely a plus! He was very helpful and understanding on budget. It was great to not feel so pressured and to have someone treat me as a human and not a sale. I would recommend this one out of all in San Antonio. A++.
