Took my 2018 chev colorado vehicle in to dealership for three issues. Two were fixed. Steering wheel issue continued. Took it back to fix. Dealership Could not diagnose the issue. Released the truck back to me after I had concerns for the issue happening while driving. Service advisor commented "lucky it hasn't happen on the road". I told him (chri ramos) I was concerned about my safety on the road. Lupe lara released the vehicle back to me after supposedly taking the symptoms of the issue in some data base or something. Next thing you know he's calling me telling me " Mr Rocha your vehicle is ready for pickup". I asked what about the check on the database or whatever. He's stated "no hits came back". So I picked up my vehicle drove home and as soon as I drove up my driveway, the initial issue happened again. I drove it to get some dinner and the vehicle gave out on me. Many warning lights came on. I couldn't accelerate my vehicle while I pressed the accelerator. It began to move forward at a very low speed of rate. I had to call my roadside assistants to tow my truck to the dealership. From the initial visit until now. My vehicle has been in the shop two weeks. When I asked about a rental, I was told five people were ahead of me. This has the worst experience I've had with any dealership. I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership and was planning to buy another one. Needless to say my business with this dealership is now severed. This issue has to be resolved. More

Had to call On Star to tow my 2021 Chevy Silverado Z71 as I was driving on NLoop 1604 Warning was Low Power until I lost power and truck turned off and would not start again. Two days later after diagnosed it they said it was the after market floodlights which I hardly ever turn on caused the battery to drain. My question how can floodlights that are not On drain the battery when truck is running and the alternator should be recharging the battery???? I wonder if they believe the response they provided does not make sense to me. Plus I should have Bumper to Bumper but I was still charged for diagnostics $196. More
DISHONEST SWINDLERS. They will not honor their quotes! Strongly recommend AGAINST doing any business with them. Ordered the transmission through their parts department and when I called to schedule service they hiked the price by over $2,000 not including tax... claiming they had no records of the quote. My wife used to work in the dealerships so the quote should have at least been in the notes or on a recorded line which they conveniently did not have. They also started sending my calls to voicemail. Spoke to both Mario Davila (Service Director) and Paul Hopkins (General Manager) to give them a chance to honor their original quote. They did not. DO NOT do business with them. I will keep posting this on a regular basis to ensure the review gets seen. More

I along with at least 4 others had to wait for over 3 hours for an oil change. When I talked to the rep Jessica Erwin, she stated "It happens". I informed her that she could have notified me about the de hours for an oil change. When I talked to the rep Jessica Erwin, she stated "It happens". I informed her that she could have notified me about the delay. She stated, "Maybe next time I will think about it". WFT! When I asked for a manager she stated in a sarcastic voice "they are all out for lunch". When I ask to speak to the GM she stated he was also gone. WOW! So she got a sales rep to talk to me. She also informed me that the person who sat behind her was her senior rep. But he put his head down like an ostrich with his head in the sand. Jessica Erwin said I could go to Jiffy lube if I wanted better service. I informed her that I have owned a Chevrolet vehicle for over 30 years. She said you are welcome to buy from someone else. I relayed her recommendation to the sales rep. He did not dispute her recommendation he just said "Even though you had a 10 am appointment the other vehicles wanted more service". I just came in for an oil change why did it take over 3 hours? These people have no customer service. They lack respect for long-time loyal customers. I welcome a manager to reach out to speak with me. Most likely they won't. More
BUYER BEWARE! ! I was lied to and my credit score has suffered. Salesman and finance guy both lied to me about running my credit one time only through my own bank. ! Referred me to their ken preferred bank which had a higher interest rate. I found out days later that my credit had been run 4 times and never through my bank. I even offered my own financing and they said they used my bank as well and that was when they supposedly got the denial. I so upset that I don’t even want my truck anymore. I hate that they get credit for a purchase I was conned into when I could have got my own bank to approve me for a better rate. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS THIS DEALERSHIP HAS ESTABLISHED. More
I have never experienced such disrespect from a car dealership before coming here. Waited over an hour for an appraisal. Received sexist comments from Sales Advisor, "Cris." After finally having my keys brought back to me, we were greeted by the very snarky Sales Manager, "Marcus Anderson." He was told we didn't want to hear any spiel about the "mandatory protection package" (which was only ONE of the many reasons we walked from a deal). He then very sarcastically stated he was "just coming to thank us for coming in." After we continued to walk towards the exit he then said "and don't bother coming back." The utter disrespect and unprofessionalism that was shown by this man was ASTOUNDING. Some choice words were said by the other member in my party that were, admittedly, uncalled for, however, Marcus continued to spew back at us and continued to push buttons like a child. He told us to leave and get off of the property, which we had been trying to do but they had my car keys. They would not tell us where my car was and after walking around the parking lot looking for it, we went back to ask where it was. Marcus would not let us in the building and kept telling us to leave. Marcus said he would have us arrested for "criminal trespassing.' I told him "we can't leave if you don't tell me where my car is." Marcus told us to find our salesman (Joseph Alvarez, who was the ONLY decent human being at this dealership). Joseph was walking up to the entrance with another customer, I stepped away from Marcus as he continued to threaten to call the cops, to speak with Joseph about where my car was. Joseph calmly guided me away from the conflict and pointed me in the direction of my vehicle (which he parked in the shade specifically so it wouldn't get hot). As my party and I were walking towards my car, Marcus continued to yell at us to never come back and he was calling the cops to have us arrested for criminal trespassing... AS WE WERE WALKING TO THE CAR TO LEAVE. HOW this place is still operating is beyond me, but Joseph deserves a raise for maintaining a calm demeanor and continuing to be professional. More
