Sam Cervantes always provides outstanding service when I come in. He keeps me posted and updated while I'm waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Sales manager said they would look at paperwork and get back to me. Hadnt heard from anyone so i called back and sales manager was rude and did not want to even deal with the issue since i left negative feedback on the survey that was emailed. After getting the run around after being overcharged over $1100 who would leave positive feedback. I then asked to speak with gm who had the same attitude as the sales manager. He stated because of my negative review employee got fired. At this point they made it very clear that the customer issues and customer service mean nothing to them and only are worried about themselves. If you made any effort at all to try to assist in a timely matter than you would have gotten a better review. But we are going on 2 months and after several attempts and left messages i have still not received a call back. More
My daughter bought her first car with you on July 16, and after 5 days it broke down, and they never responded, we took it to a certified workshop and they told us that the car was a superficially fixed to l after 5 days it broke down, and they never responded, we took it to a certified workshop and they told us that the car was a superficially fixed to later be sold and scam the customer You sold a car even knowing that it was in poor condition, you are thieves, what was supposed to be a wonderful experience for my daughter turned into the worst nightmare, (cavender chevrolet,Boerne) are the worst, they have no ethics and they do not care about the customer,They lied to my daughter saying that the car had a 90-day warranty and when I called to report the damage they said, sorry, it was a mistake, the car did not have a 90-day warranty. Had the displeasure of my 2022 Silverado ZR2 breaking down (Wednesday 7/12/23) in San Antonio while traveling to Austin from Brownsville, TX. Called the nearest dealership (Vara Chevrolet) and got told t down (Wednesday 7/12/23) in San Antonio while traveling to Austin from Brownsville, TX. Called the nearest dealership (Vara Chevrolet) and got told they wouldn’t look at my truck until mid August. I then called Northside Chevrolet. Boy what a difference. I spoke to a service advisor, I believe her name was Katrina. Told her my situation. She was very friendly and professional. She said they could possibly look at my truck within a day or two. Got my truck towed into the shop late that afternoon. Met with Service Advisor Andrew Barr. Told him what had happened. He treated my wife and I courteously and professionally. He set us up with a Lyft to the airport so we could rent a car. Got a call from Northside (Andrew Batt) late Thursday (7/13/23) afternoon that my truck was fixed and ready to go. Really appreciate Northside expeditiously repairing my truck. If anyone from Vara Chevrolet’s Service Department reads this review, this is how people traveling should be treated when in need. If you’re in need of repair while traveling, I highly recommend Northside Chevrolet’s Service Department. More
Unprofessional and awful customer service! !! Please choose somewhere else to service your car, this place will make you go through xxxx. It was my first time here and it will be my last! I was !! I will never wish on anyone to have to go through what I did today. My car took almost 2 months to receive it back and it took almost 3 weeks for them to provide a loner while the car is been fixed. In top of that, they will want to charge you for anything even for hail damage when is something you can’t control and plus I’m receiving my car all scratched up after leaving it with them for 2 months!!! My car is not even running probably how it should! My Service advisor was Chris Ramos and even spoke with the Service Parts Senior advisor Lupe Lara and the head manager of this dealership and they will not listen to the customer not even go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!! Even made multiple attempts to them and left voicemails and they will never give you a call back and once you show up they will lie in your face. Waste of my time to ever had to considered to service my car here. Totally disappointed. More
Unprofessional and rude customer service, if you want to call it that or "lack of" better said. I recently contacted the collision department to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Unfortunately, the representative who answered my call was not particularly helpful or courteous. Despite my attempts to explain what my insurance told me or if it was necessary I could pay out of pocket, she abruptly ended the call, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset. She said she couldn't schedule my appointment because she was the only one there, like I don't see that as an issue. In addition to her rudeness, I was disappointed that she seemed to be misinformed about my insurance coverage and disregard me saying I could pay out of pocket. I have the relevant paperwork in front of me, which clearly states that I have the freedom to choose any dealership or repair shop that I prefer. Yet, she insisted that I could only work with certain providers, which was not the case. After the call ended, I attempted to reach out to the representative again, but my calls went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness only added to my negative experience with the dealership's collision department. I hope that in the future, the dealership's representatives can be more informed and courteous, and that they will take steps to ensure that customers receive the service and attention they deserve. Attaching proof that my insurance has no problem with whatever shop I decide to use. More
